Salary Range: $75,000-95,000/Annual
Location: On-site at North Providence Town Hall
SUMMARY: The Human Resource Director sets the strategic direction for the Human Resources Department in alignment with the North providence town goals. Director of all human resource functions including assisting in negotiating and administering labor contracts; developing, revising and administering job classifications and compensation plans; making recommendations on all employee benefit programs; recruiting, hiring and retaining qualified candidates; and developing policies and administering equitable employment practices. Demonstrates a commitment to a public service culture that values a positive, supportive workplace. Oversees the management of any staff that may be assigned within the Human Resource Department.
