The deadline to register to vote or change your party affiliation for the December 2, 2025, Special General Election is SUNDAY, November 2, 2025.
There will be voter registration forms and a drop box available at the
North Providence Public Safety Complex

For North Providence residents on SUNDAY NOVEMBER 2, 2025, FROM 1:00 P.M TO 4:00 P.M.
The mail ballot application deadline is WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. If you wish to vote by mail ballot you must complete an application and submit it to the Board of Canvassers by the deadline., You may also apply online at vote.ri.gov. The DROP BOX FOR MAIL BALLOTS Will open on November 12,2025 and will remain open until 8:00p.m. on December 2, 2025
The early voting period begins on NOVEMBER 12, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. And will end on DECEMBER 1, 2025 at 4: 00p.m. Early voting will take place at North Providence Town Hall, 2000 Smith Street, North Providence RI, 02904 on the Ground level in the Assembly RM (G-19) Handicap parking is located in the rear of town hall. Voting will take place during normal business hours.
