North Providence will be reopening our COVID19 vaccination clinic at the High School (1828 Mineral Spring Ave) to meet our citizens’ request for vaccinations.
We will be using the Pfizer vaccine and including 12 years of age and up

 

The Fire Department will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic (Pfizer) on September 29, 2021 1500-1700 at the North Providence High School. Members and their families 12 years of age and older that would like to get vaccinated are welcome to attend. Please see the link below to register. 
 
 

For those seniors that need assistance with registering for a vaccine, or for those who do NOT have access to a computer to register, can call the Senior Center at 401-231-0742, where they will have staff to assist you and register for you.

Governor McKee, RIDOH Announce Additional Vaccination Appointments;

Expanded Efforts to Vaccinate Residents in Hardest Hit Communities including North Providence

Governor Dan McKee and the Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) today 3-29-21 announced that approximately 5,500 new COVID vaccination appointments will be made available tomorrow at 9 a.m. Additionally, the Governor announced that beginning tomorrow, people who are 16 years of age and older, who live in one of eight hardest hit zip codes covering parts of Providence, Cranston, North Providence and all of Pawtucket and Central Falls, will be able to register for vaccination appoints at State-run vaccination sites and participating pharmacy locations.

 

People can register online at www.vaccinateRI.org. People who can’t register online can call 844-930-1779. The appointments that open tomorrow will be for the State-run sites at Sockanosset Cross Road, the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, and the site in Middletown.
