THE ATTACHED LINK CONTAINS THE FINAL CORRECT COPY OF THE VOTER LIST OF ELIGIBLE VOTERS FOR THE TOWN OF NORTH PROVIDENCE FOR THE DECEMBER 2,2025 TOWN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2 SPECIAL GENERAL ELECTION AND IS AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC INSPECTION THE NORTH PROVIDENCE BOARD OF CANVASSERS MET AND CERTIFIED THIS LIST ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 10, 2025. IN ACCORDANCE WITH R.I. GEN. LAWS 17-10-5(a) ET SEQ., AND IT IS HEREBY POSTED PURSUANT TO R.I. GEN. LAWS 17-17-14.

THERE WILL BE NO PRIMARY ELECTON ON NOVEMBER 4, 2025 FOR ANY DISTRICTS

Town Council District 2 Special General Election will be on December 2, 2025
There will be no Special General Election for voters that reside in District 1 or District 3
Declaration Period for this Election is
Thursday – September 25,2025
Friday – September 26,2025

The deadline to register to vote or change your party affiliation for the DECEMBER 2, 2025 Special General Election is
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2025.
There will be voter registration forms and a drop box available at the
North Providence Public Safety Complex

For North Providence residents on SUNDAY NOVEMBER 2 FROM 1:00 P.M TO 4:00 P.M.

The mail ballot application deadline is WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 12, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
If you wish to vote by mail ballot you must complete a Mail Ballot Application (.pdf) and submit it to the Board of Canvassers by the deadline.,
You may also apply online at vote.sos.ri.gov.

The early voting period
Begins on NOVEMBER 12, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Early voting will take place at North Providence Town Hall, 2000 Smith Street, North Providence RI, 02911 on the Ground level in the Assembly RM (G-19) Handicap parking is located in the rear of town hall. Voting will take place during normal business hours.

To download voter registration forms and mail ballot applications, or view information on your voting district, visit the RI Office of the Secretary of State, Elections and Civics Division, RI Voter Information Center website.

Voter Registrations are received daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm in the Board of Canvassers Office or use Online Voter Registration.

Online forms for Voter Registration are available from the RI Board of Elections website.

The North Providence Board of Canvassers is looking for individuals interested in serving as moderators, clerks, supervisors or greeters for this year’s Primary and General election. You must be at least 16 years old and registered or pre-registered to vote.

Work hours are 6:00 am to approximately 9:00 pm. A training class prior to Election Day is mandatory.
Moderators and clerks now receive $250;
Supervisors and Greeters now receive $225.

Interested persons should contact The North Providence Board of Canvassers Dept, by calling 232-0900, extension 1230, 1235, and 1241; or emailing or visiting the Board of Canvassers at Town Hall, Lower Level, Room G13, 2000 Smith Street.
