Finance Department

The Finance Department consists of three (3) divisions under the direction of the Finance Director. The Divisions are Purchasing, Tax Assessor, and Tax Collector.

The Finance Department’s mission is to provide accurate and reliable financial reporting to the Mayor and his Administration, the North Providence Town Council and its Committees, External Auditors, Rhode Island Department of Municipal Affairs, Bond Creditors, Taxpayers, and Residents.

A detailed copy of the proposed budget is available for viewing at the North Providence Town Clerks Office located in the North Providence Town Hall and at the North Providence Union Free Library located at 1810 Mineral Spring Avenue.
